How do I set the "Total Living in Household" field?

The Total Living in Household should be updated by the system automatically when a Case is created or added to a Household.

Please note we are aware of certain edge case conditions wherein the Household count does not update automatically. Our engineers are working to resolve this issue and hope to have it fixed soon!
