Agency Diagram
Agency
The primary organization and configuration element of the Agencies data group. An Agency is the primary linking model for Agents and Agent Hour Rosters. An Agency may or may not have Agent Groups or Agent Roles associated with them.
Agent
The primary user configuration element, an Agent represents a user in the system. Agents may have one Agent Role, such as "Network Administrator", "Agent", or a custom configured role. Agents may belong to one or more Agent Groups, or belong to the default "My Agency" group.
Agent Group
An Agent Group can have one or many agents assigned to it. Certain models can have records assigned an Agent Group so that only agents in the Agent Group can view or modify the records that have their Agent Group assigned. An agent's assigned Agent Role can also affect what they are able to view or modify.
Agent Role
An Agent Role defines a set of permissions that determines what records an agent can view and modify. All agents are assigned an Agent Role and multiple agents can have the same Agent Role.
Agency Hour Roster
The Agency Hours Roster allows an agency to have the start and end time of its business hours stored in the system along with a description.
