Bulletin File
A Bulletin File is a file attachment associated with a specific Bulletin. A Bulletin File stores the uploading Agent, the file name, file URL, and file size.
Bulletin Comment
A Bulletin Comment is a response posted by an Agent on a specific Bulletin. A Bulletin Comment stores the posting Agent, the date posted, and the comment content.
