Detail
A Detail is a specific attribute value option belonging to a Detail Group. A Detail stores its name, display index, template key, and whether it allows free-text input via the other input flag. A Detail may also reference other Detail Groups whose visibility it controls.
Detail Group
A Detail Group is a configurable demographic or descriptive attribute category used to capture structured information on Cases. A Detail Group belongs to a Detail Section, has a group type, and controls a range of display and behavioral settings including whether it is required, searchable, visible in relationships and the sidebar, and whether it supports free-text alternatives.
Detail Section
A Detail Section is a top-level organizational container for Detail Groups. A Detail Section may be scoped to a specific Agency and Agent Group, and controls which case tab it appears on.
County
A County is a unique standalone data model which may be referenced by a Detail model. Counties may be configured via the system with special logic for unique use-cases where needed.
