Case
A Case is the primary record representing an individual in the system. A Case stores personal identifying information, contact details, address information, household membership, privacy settings, and an optional Agent Group assignment. A Case also carries read-only computed fields for yearly income and expenses derived from its associated Income Sources and Expenses.
Case Associated Barcode
A Case Associated Barcode is a barcode value linked to a specific Case. A Case Associated Barcode stores the barcode name, the Agent who scanned or assigned it, and the entry Agent and date.
Case Detail
A Case Detail is a record of a demographic or descriptive attribute applied to a Case. A Case Detail links a Case to a specific Detail and stores the recorded value, which may be expressed as text, a number, a decimal, or a date. A Case Detail also exposes a computed demographic label combining the Detail Group name and Detail name.
Case Expense
A Case Expense is a recurring expense associated with a Case. A Case Expense stores the expense name, an optional contact phone number, the amount, and the payment interval.
Case Identification Number
A Case Identification Number is an identifying reference number associated with a Case. A Case Identification Number stores a description of the identifier type and the number itself.
Case Income Source
A Case Income Source is a recurring income entry associated with a Case. A Case Income Source stores the source name, an optional contact phone number, the income amount, and the payment interval.
Case Phone Number
A Case Phone Number is a phone contact record associated with a Case. A Case Phone Number stores a description, the phone number, an optional extension, the phone type, and the phone carrier.
Case Relationship
A Case Relationship defines a directional relationship between two Cases. A Case Relationship stores the relationship label and its reverse, and flags indicating whether either Case is financially dependent on the other. The fields dependant and reverse_dependant are legacy globalized spellings retained for backwards compatibility alongside the US-localized dependent and reverse_dependent fields.
Case Release of Information
A Case Release of Information is a consent record authorizing the sharing of a Case's information. A Case Release of Information stores the consenting Agent, the effective date, the expiration date, a verification flag, the rendered output, and any associated Case Relationships covered by the release. An uploaded ROI document is represented by its file name and URL.
Household
A Household is a grouping record that links one or more Cases sharing a common address. A Household stores address and county information, a date of birth range derived from its member Cases, aggregated yearly income and expense totals, a case count, and a reference to the head of household Case.
Merged Case
A Merged Case is a record of a Case merge operation. A Merged Case stores the destination Case that records were merged into, the original Case ID and name prior to the merge, the Agent who performed the merge, and any resulting status or error information.
