Appointment
An Appointment is a scheduled event that associates a Case with an Appointment Type for a given Agency. An Appointment stores a start and end time, reminder notification settings and status, optional notes, and a privacy flag. An Appointment may also be associated with an Agent Group to restrict visibility.
Appointment Slot
An Appointment Slot represents a specific available time window associated with an Appointment Type. An Appointment Slot stores a date or recurring day and week pattern, a start and end time, and a capacity indicating how many Appointments may be scheduled within that slot.
Appointment Type
An Appointment Type defines a configurable category of appointment for an Agency. An Appointment Type stores its name, description, and optional client-facing instructions, and controls reminder and confirmation notification behavior. An Appointment Type may be marked as archived or recurring.
