Note
A Note is a free-text record associated with a Case. A Note stores the entry and modification Agent, a date, a description, a privacy flag, and an optional Agent Group assignment.
Note File
A Note File is a file attachment associated with both a Case and a specific Note. A Note File stores the uploading Agent, the file name, file URL, and file size.
