Outcome Area
An Outcome Area is a high-level domain of focus used to organize Outcome Goals. An Outcome Area stores a name and a display index.
Outcome Goal
An Outcome Goal is a specific objective within an Outcome Area. An Outcome Goal stores its name, display index, and flags indicating whether it is required, a custom goal, or disabled.
Outcome Goal Status
An Outcome Goal Status defines a configurable status value that can be assigned to a Case Outcome Goal. An Outcome Goal Status stores a name, a display index, and an optional special function designation.
Case Outcome
A Case Outcome is a structured outcomes tracking record associated with a Case. A Case Outcome stores a title, follow-up and next due date information, computed counts of completed, pending, and total goals, an overall completion percentage, a status, a privacy flag, and an optional Agent Group assignment.
Case Outcome Area
A Case Outcome Area tracks the progress of a specific Outcome Area within a Case Outcome. A Case Outcome Area stores the modification Agent and date, and computed counts and completion percentage for goals within that area.
Case Outcome Area Update
A Case Outcome Area Update is a progress note recorded against a specific Outcome Area within a Case Outcome. A Case Outcome Area Update stores the Agent who submitted it, the date, a comment, an optional associated Case Outcome Goal, and the goal state at the time of the update.
Case Outcome File
A Case Outcome File is a file attachment associated with a Case and linked to a specific Case Outcome Area Update. A Case Outcome File stores the uploading Agent, the file name, file URL, and file size.
Case Outcome Goal
A Case Outcome Goal tracks the status of a specific Outcome Goal within a Case Outcome. A Case Outcome Goal stores the modification Agent and date, an optional custom name, flags for whether the goal is ignored or complete, the current status, an optional due date, an optional notification Agent, and a list of associated notification records.
Case Outcome Step
A Case Outcome Step is a discrete action item belonging to a Case Outcome Goal. A Case Outcome Step stores its name, display index, completion state, an optional due date, an optional notification Agent, and a list of associated notification records.
Case Outcome Worksheet
A Case Outcome Worksheet is a summary document generated from a Case Outcome. A Case Outcome Worksheet stores the generating Agent, a title, a description, a set of associated Case Outcome Goals, and flags controlling whether modification history and comments are included.
