Assistance
An Assistance is a record of aid provided to a Case for a given Agency. An Assistance stores the amount, unit of measure, and category of aid given, along with an optional description, privacy flag, and Agent Group assignment. An Assistance may be linked to an Assistance Request that originated it and an optional Funding Source. An Assistance also exposes a computed set of custom assistance values derived from any associated Assistance Values.
Assistance Category
An Assistance Category defines a classification of aid that can be recorded on an Assistance or Assistance Request. An Assistance Category belongs to an Agency and is organized under a Taxonomy Section. A category may have an estimated value, a default amount and unit, print templates, and flags controlling whether it is editable, aggregated in reporting, or requires a signature.
Assistance Field
An Assistance Field is a configurable custom data input that can be associated with Assistances, Assistance Requests, or Services. An Assistance Field belongs to an Agency, has a field type and display index, and may be scoped to one or more Assistance Categories. An Assistance Field may be required, disabled, or restricted to specific display contexts such as barcode mode.
Assistance Field Option
An Assistance Field Option is a selectable choice associated with an Assistance Field. Assistance Field Options are used when an Assistance Field presents a fixed set of values for selection. An Assistance Field Option may be designated as a default and may require a signature upon selection.
Assistance File
An Assistance File is a file attachment associated with both a Case and a specific Assistance record. An Assistance File stores the uploading Agent, the file name, file URL, and file size.
Assistance Funding Source
An Assistance Funding Source is a funding source that can be associated with an Assistance or Assistance Request. A Funding Source has a name, description, and a list of Agencies it is available to, and may be marked as disabled.
Assistance Request
An Assistance Request is a request for aid associated with a Case for a given Agency. An Assistance Request stores the requested amount, unit, and category, along with a status, status notes, and status dates. An Assistance Request may be linked to a referral Agency and referral Service, and may optionally be connected to a Funding Source and an Agent Group.
Assistance Request File
An Assistance Request File is a file attachment associated with both a Case and a specific Assistance Request record. An Assistance Request File stores the uploading Agent, the file name, file URL, and file size.
Assistance Request Value
An Assistance Request Value stores the response data submitted for a specific Assistance Field on a given Assistance Request. Depending on the Assistance Field type, the value may be stored as text, a number, a decimal, a date, a selected option, one or more selected options, or a boolean.
Assistance Service
An Assistance Service is a service offering associated with an Agency and optionally an Agent Group. An Assistance Service is organized under a Taxonomy Section and may include a description, taxonomy code, and a flag controlling whether it is publicly published.
Assistance Service Value
An Assistance Service Value stores the response data submitted for a specific Assistance Field on a given Assistance Service. Depending on the Assistance Field type, the value may be stored as text, a number, a decimal, a date, a selected option, one or more selected options, or a boolean.
Assistance Signature
An Assistance Signature is a signature record associated with a Case and a specific Assistance. An Assistance Signature stores the signing Agent, a tag identifying the signer role, a printed name, optional label and value metadata, the output format, and the resulting file name and URL.
Assistance Status
An Assistance Status defines a configurable status value that can be assigned to an Assistance Request. An Assistance Status may be designated as the default and may be marked as disabled.
Assistance Taxonomy Section
An Assistance Taxonomy Section is a classification grouping used to organize Assistance Categories and Services. A Taxonomy Section stores a name and an optional taxonomy code used for standardized classification.
Assistance Unit
An Assistance Unit defines a unit of measure that can be associated with an Assistance or Assistance Request. An Assistance Unit belongs to an Agency, may be designated as the default unit, and may be marked as disabled.
Assistance Value
An Assistance Value stores the response data submitted for a specific Assistance Field on a given Assistance. Depending on the Assistance Field type, the value may be stored as text, a number, a decimal, a date, a selected option, one or more selected options, or a boolean.
