Filter via Agency by ID. Must supply integer value, cannot search by Agency name or other field information.

Filter via disabled boolean value, accepts true or false. Determines whether or not a Form Group is enabled to be used by Agents.

Filter via allow_group_reports boolean value, accepts true or false. Determines whether or not a Form Group able to be used in reports by Agents.

Filter via signature_warning boolean value, accepts true or false. Determines whether or not a Form Group displays a signature warning to Agents using the Form Group.
