Filter via agency ID. Must supply integer value, cannot search by agency name or other field information.

Filter via section ID. Must supply integer value, cannot search by section name or other field information.

Filter via category name. Wildcards supported. e.g. name=B% will return all records beginning with 'B'. Do not use quotations like name="B%".
